We offer many exciting additional services to enhance your wedding or special event. We can provide wireless mics and music for your ceremony or cocktail hour at locations without power! We also have a Photo Booth and a Photo Lounge which can accommodate up to 10 guests, Up Lighting, Dancing On a Cloud, Music Videos, Confetti Canon, Snow Machine, Glow Items, Karaoke, Music Videos, Projectors, Screens and HD TV’s for media presentations, slideshows and more!
If you are getting married at your reception venue or outdoors we can provide beautiful traditional or non-traditional music for your ceremony. We normally start the prelude or pre-ceremony music about 30 minutes prior to your actual ceremony start time while your guests are arriving and being seated for the service. We’ll also play songs for the processionals, special traditions (unity candle or sand exchange) and the recessional. If your ceremony is in the same room as your reception we can use our man DJ system for the ceremony. If your ceremony is in a different location we would need a Second Sound/PA System (See below) for an additional $150.00. $250.00 total for 1 hour of ceremony music and second sound system. If you already have “Live” music arranged for your ceremony we can provide just the sound/pa system with wireless mics (Lapel or handheld mics) for only $150. (For off-site ceremonies where the ceremony is at a different location from the reception venue please add $25.00).
Ideal for providing the music for your ceremony or cocktail hour if they will be in a different location from your reception. We will set up our main DJ system for your reception and use a smaller, compact system with wireless mics for your ceremony. We can provide a mic for your pastor or officiate and a mic for a reader or vocalist if needed or an additional mic for the Groom which will help to capture your wedding vows during the ceremony. Our ceremony system Is a battery powered, rechargeable system that will last up to 6 hours on a single charge and does not require electricity so we are able to provide music at locations without power! It also has an instrument input for an electric guitar or keyboard. This system is also ideal for a cocktail hour in a separate room or outdoors. We can use the built in wireless mic to let your guests know hen it’s time to transition to the reception area and to let them know where to find the place cards!

We can light up your head table, sweetheart table, cake table or gift table! (Requires white or light colored table linens). Normally requires 2 up lights under a sweetheart table, cake table or gift table and additional lights for a head table depending on the length. A fun, interactive way to get your guests involved. It’s Fun for all ages! Your The Star, when you sing-a-long with your favorite songs from yesterday and today! Karaoke can be integrated along with DJ services. Lyrics can also be projected onto our 10’ big rear projection screen for “Big Screen Karaoke” for an additional fee. This Price is for a single monitor. (Please call us for availability or separate package pricing).
We can set up an HD media projector and video screen for video presentations or slideshows at Weddings, Anniversaries or Corporate Events. This price is for a 6′ front projection screen. Larger front projection screen sizes are available at an additional cost. We also have a large 6’x8’ rear or front projection screen available for only an additional $50.00 ($200.00 total). This price is for the screen with a single bottom black drape. We also have an optional full drape kit (picture on right) with a top valance and side drapes to give the screen a “Movie Theater” look. The screen with the full drape kit inluded is only $250.00. We can provide just the media projector for only for $75.00 if you don’t require a screen or if your venue already has a video screen! We will take care of starting and running your video presentation during your event at the appropriate time.
Dance to all of your favorite HD music videos projected onto a single Giant 10′ Diagonal (6 foot by 8 foot) rear or front projection screen. We carefully pre-screen all of our music videos for any material or content that is not suitable for young audiences or a school function. We only play age appropriate, family friendly videos. Soundwaves music video library is updated every month with the latest and most current music videos to date plus we also have “Party Classics” and interactive dances like the Cha-Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Y.M.C.A., Macarena, Electric Slide, Cotton Eyed Joe and more as well as some of the greatest music videos of all time! We have music videos from the Motown Era, 70’s Disco Era, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s , Country, Classic Rock and Todays’ Hottest Top 40 Hits! Add our “Live Video Camera” option (below) to show all the action on the dance floor up on the big screen! We can even show students participating along with the video on the screen to all of the interactive dances! We can also take photos during the event and display them up on the video screen too with our optional Digital Photo Package. On the last song we will do a “Photo Montage” of all of the pictures that were taken during the event plus we will even send you a complimentary CD/DVD of all of the pictures as a keepsake! If you book our music video package we will give you a Free complimentary upgrade to our special fx lighting package includes a bubble machine, green laser and sound reactive nightclub type lights that scan the dance floor at no extra charge! A second video screen can also be added for a 2 screen music video show (see below)!

We also have a smaller, 4 foot by 4 foot rear or front projection video screen too which is perfect for smaller venues or rooms where space is of concern.
We also have flat screen TV’s available for slideshows or media presentations. Flat screens are mounted on a vertical, skirted truss as seen in this photo. We can provide either a single flat screen or we can provide two flat screens. Please call or contact us for a price quote.
Add a “Live” Video Camera to the Music Video Show Package above to show all the action on the Dance Floor on the Big Screen. We also use the live camera to show your guests doing interactive dances on the video screen along with the music video to songs such as the Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle, YMCA, Cotton Eyed Joe, Macarena, Etc.
At Corporate Events we can use the camera to a Guest Speaker or to show service awards being presented on the video screen.
We will bring our digital camera and capture special memories during your Sweet 16, Wedding Reception, Birthday Party, School Dance or Prom and display the pictures on our Big video screen at various times during your event. On the last song, we will do a “Photo Montage” and playback all of the pictures that were taken during your event on our video screen. As an added bonus, we will also mail you a complimentary CD (Add $25.00 for Thumb or Flash Drive) with all of the digital photos within 1 week after your event as a keepsake!
Some venues with larger rooms require more speakers or sub woofers to properly maintain an adequate sound level. For events with guests of 150 or more or if your event is in a large ballroom with high ceilings this option is highly recommended!
You are welcome to add additional time prior to your event date at anytime or even extend your contracted time on the date of your event if your guests are having fun and would like to continue the party! If adding additional time on your event date please let your DJ know 15-30 minutes prior to his/her contracted ending time. Your DJ will need to collect payment at that time for any additional requested overtime prior to the original contract ending time.. 1. $50.00 per Half Hour or $100.00 per additional Hour if pre-booked before your event date. 2. $60.00 per Half Hour or $120.00 per Hour if added on your event date.
